Sales & Support Team Expands

The Sales and Support Team at Audio Authority, through good fortune and good planning, has been made up of people with broad CE Retail experience. This background has served our customers well over the past 32 years. Trent Davis and Anthony Grote, the most recent Account Managers added to the sales team, continue that tradition, as each brings their own extensive CE Retail Experience to our Sales Team.

Audio Authority has also long recognized that strong technical support goes hand in hand with the sales process in our industry. Many of our sales involve both an Account Manager and a support or application specialist. The recent addition of Duane Crowder to our Technical Support arm will result in greatly improved coverage and response to customer needs. Duane joins our Technical Support Team from an internal production assignment.

In addition to increasing our support capabilities, Duane will be coordinating our internal quality control efforts.
