Instructions:
-------------
In order to update both the main firmware and bootloader firmware in the ADX
unit, a series of operations must be performed, in precise order.

WARNING
There is some element of risk in replacing the bootloader. If power is lost,
the file on the USB drive is corrupted, or any serious error occurs while
flashing the bootloader, the unit will be rendered inoprable and will require
factory service.

Read all instructions below and be sure you understand the process before
proceeding.

1. First unzip and copy all these files to a USB drive, and place it in the USB
socket in the back of the ADX.

2. Backup the current ADX settings to the USB drive using the menu export
command (provided there are any settings that you would like to retain).

3. Unplug power from the unit. Hold in the front panel knob and plug the unit
   back in.

4. You will see 'Bootloader - Insert USB drive...' while holding in the knob; let
it go and files on the drive will be displayed. Select the 'ADXBLREP.S19' file.

5. The system controller firmware will be updated; wait until the unit completes.
If you see a message that says 'Press knob to reboot' do so; otherwise, the unit
   will automatically reboot.

6. The bootloader repair utility will load; when you see the 'Insert USB drive..'
   message, press the knob.

7. Select the 'ADXBL200.BL' file. The unit will say 'Firmware update complete'.

8. Unplug the unit. Hold in the knob and plug it back in.

9. Let go of the knob and select the 'ADX_V200.S19' file.

10. The firmware update will complete and automatically reboot. The firmware
versions on the menu will now list v2.0.0.

11. If you backed up your settings in step 2, you can now use menu import to return
the settings to how they were before the firmware update.

12. Done!
