A Video Converter for Any Occasion

In this system, the Model 1366 PC/HD Scaler with Advanced Video Processing is used to convert a PC's VGA output to Component video.
The 1366 supports input resolutions from 640x480 to 1920x1200, and can scale the output to resolutions from 480i to 1080p. Using built-in image sizing adjustments, the PC's signal can be appropriately positioned to fit the HDTV, overcoming challenges from overscan and image centering. An onscreen overlay menu makes setup and adjustment simple, and non-volatile memory means that settings will be preserved even after a power failure.

System Diagram 3: Model 1385 VGA to HDMI Scaler with Advanced Video Processing When a digital distribution system like Audio Authority's HMX-144 HDMI Matrix needs to switch an analog VGA source, the Model 1385 can convert the signal from almost any VGA input to an HDMI 1080p output.
Resolutions from 640x480 to 1920x1200 are accepted on the input side, and are converted to a wide range of HDMI output resolutions, from 480p to 1080p. After adjusting image sizing and position using the onscreen overlay menu, the result is a high quality picture compatible with HDMI displays.
