Using the AVAtrix with a Multi-Zone Audio Amplifier
Application Example 1: Tracking Mode
Below is a diagram showing one popular application for the AVAtrix with 1173BK Multi-Zone Audio Router with Volume Control. This configuration shows "Tracking Mode", used with zone amplifiers such as the Model AMP-1235. The 1173BK audio output #1 below tracks with the AVAtrix Cat 5 output #1 so that the audio always matches the video at the zone. The 1173BK provides easy, seamless volume control and smooth ramping between preset levels.
