 9A02 Home Theater Touchscreen Software (Hardware not included) | Demonstrating 7.1, 6.1 and 5.1The configuration of switch modules shown below has the capacity to demonstrate all of the speaker channels needed for Dolby 7.1, 6.1, and 5.1 surround sound. Eight speakers in each speaker channel (except for subwoofers) can be demonstrated using the modules shown below. The capacity for any speaker groups could be increased to 16, 24 or more by adding modules. Subwoofer capacity shown is four, but it is easily expandable as well.This switching system is designed to work with a dedicated receiver and AV source, but with the addition of more switching equipment, four or more receivers and/or sources could be presented as well. The best control interface for this application is the 9A02 AccessPCHT Touchscreen. It allows a mix and match style selection of products, and can switch soundstages from 5.1 to 6.1 to 7.1 on the fly. |
