Consumer and Integrator Products
Limited WarrantyShould any consumer product manufactured by Audio Authority fail due to defects in materials or workmanship within one year from the date of the original sale to the end-user, Audio Authority guarantees that we will replace the defective product at no cost. Freight charges for the replacement unit will be paid by Audio Authority (Ground service only). A copy of the invoice from an Authorized Reseller showing the item number and date of purchase (proof-of-purchase) must be submitted with the defective unit to constitute a valid in-warranty claim.
Units that fail after the warranty period has expired may be returned to the factory for repair at a nominal charge, if not damaged beyond the point of repair. All freight charges for out-of-warranty returns for repair are the responsibility of the customer. Units returned for repair must have a Return Authorization Number assigned by the factory.
This is a limited warranty and is not applicable for products which, in our opinion, have been damaged, altered, abused, misused, or improperly installed. Audio Authority makes no other warranties either expressed or implied, including limitation warranties as to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Additionally, there are no allowances or credits available for service work or installation performed in the field by the end user.
Intercom Products
Terms of SaleFull payment is due within 30 days from the invoice/ship date. Freight charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice for reimbursement or shipped Freight Collect via a Customer specified carrier. All shipments are FOB our shipping dock in Lexington, Kentucky. Open account (Net Billing) is only available to those Customers who have fully executed an Audio Authority® Open Account Request From that has been approved by our Accounting Manager. Until open account terms are approved, all shipments will be made COD. Audio Authority® Corp. is required to add Sales Tax to invoices for shipments made to destinations in Kentucky, Tennessee, and California unless appropriate Tax Exempt forms are provided by the Customer.
Warranty
Audio Authority warrants all 1500 Series Intercom products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of shipment and agrees to repair or replace any assembly that fails due to defective components or faulty workmanship free of charge during the warranty period. Non-working assemblies must be returned to Audio Authority® freight prepaid. Freight charges for in-warranty repair units sent to the Customer will be paid by Audio Authority with shipments made via UPS/FedEx Ground service. The warranty is void for assemblies that, in our opinion, have been subjected to abuse or misuse.
Units or assemblies that are out of warranty will be repaired at a flat rate per unit, plus the cost of any significant components that are required to restore the unit to its original condition. Return freight charges for out-of-warranty units will be paid by Audio Authority and shipped via UPS/FedEx Ground service. Audio Authority makes no other warranties either expressed or implied, including limitation warranties as to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Additionally, there are no allowances or credits available for service work or installation performed in the field by the end user.

Limited Warranty
Should any Access™, AccessEZ™, or DirectSelect™ product fail due to defects in materials or workmanship within 5 years from the date of original purchase, Audio Authority® Corporation guarantees the original purchaser that we will replace the defective product at no cost. The warranty for other Audio Authority® products (Series 2, 4, 5, and our DC power supplies) is identical except that the warranty replacement period is one year.

Warranty Service Procedures
If you suspect a product defect, contact Audio Authority®'s Technical Service Department at 800-322-8346 or 859-233-4599 for assistance in verifying the problem. If a defect is found, a replacement product will be shipped immediately on a defect-exchange basis and a Return Authorization Number will be issued for the defective product.
