Overview

The 1185ci is the most versatile distribution amplifier designed specifically for the needs of custom home and commercial systems integrators. Inexpensive enough to keep "on the truck", and versatile enough to meet almost any challenge by splitting video and audio signals to four outputs. High bandwidth component video pathways handle up to 1080p resolution, while analog audio, digital optical, and digital coaxial audio are also supported. With the flip of a switch, the 1185ci enters RGBHV mode, and can be used to distribute VGA signals through its video and analog audio paths (requires breakout cables - sold separately).

  • 1-in, 4-out component video and audio distribution amplifer with VGA/RGB mode switch
  • Supports YPbPr component video up to 1080p (or VGA up to 1920x1200), plus analog stereo audio, and digital optical and coaxial audio
  • Digital audio pathway can support composite video
  • Built-in cross-conversion of digital audio
  • All-metal construction
  • Made in the USA

Features

  • Analog stereo audio (L/R) - 1/4

This distribution amplifier is desgned to be used in a one-input, four-output configuration, and is not intended for use in a cascaded series or chain of amplifiers. If chaining multiple amplifiers together is necessary, we suggest the Model 9851 or Model 985DTO as alternatives, as they offer devoted bus outputs.
