The 1513 is a maximum Hub configuration; all Counter and Lane slots are occupied. It accommodates up to eight Counter Stations and up to sixteen Lane Stations. It includes two Counter Cards (Model 1515), four Lane Cards (Model 1516), and the System Card (Model 1517).
