Model 1500AH Counter Stations use a special touch-sensitive keypad for lane selection, volume control, camera control and mute/hold functions (see detail image). The handset provides extra privacy for sensitive transactions. The keypad is intuitve and easy to use, and there are no moving parts to wear out. Additionally, the lane keys can be easily configured at the point of installation for the specific application, using the supplied color inserts. Only the keys needed for system control are active.
