A Model 905 IR Remote (discontinued) or an equivelant 3rd party IR remote with Access IR codes  (5.49 KiB), may be used to control legacy Access sytems via IR. A Model 902/903 Control Panel is required to use this method, the IR window is circled in red below. If your installation includes the Model 990 Ceiling-Mounted Infrared Receiver, it connects to the 3-pin connector on the rear of the 903. The 990 extends the IR remote user range, see the 903 manual for more details.
