How it Works
The system shown here is designed to be added to an Access system that has source and receiver switching. It adds capacity for switching four HDMI sources, and four receivers. Source and Receiver groups can be expanded in increments of four by adding switchers and distribution amps.
Model 970A is the serial communication link between the Access switching system and HDMI switchers. With custom programming, it can control most HDMI switching devices that accept RS-232 signals. The 970A receives signals from the Access control panel or product select buttons and sends the appropriate switching commands to the HDMI Switcher via RS-232. |
