How to Disable the Alarm On One Product Position- Insert a programmed key and open the display cabinet.
- Find the 1710A and follow the product connection to determine the product position that should have the alarm disabled.
- Locate the Theft Detect switches, numbered 1 through 4 on the 1710A.
- Flip the switch to OFF for that product position.
- Cycle power by disconnecting the power supply for 10 seconds.
- Close the display and check all product connections before removing the key.
- Test the display for normal operation.
