One person that you already know is Curtis - he’s most often the reassuring voice on the phone whenever you have a question or you are in a jam. Curtis is the guy that knows how to troubleshoot anything, and has the patience to guide you to the solution every time. He will also be in the booth this year, ready to answer questions or simply give you one of his full-beard smiles!
