Return PoliciesCustom Integration Products Unopened Items Audio Authority will generally accept unopened items for return within 30 days of purchase. No restocking fee will be applied if all packaging is intact, unopened, with all accessories included. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and must be prepaid. Open Box Items Returns for items that have been opened will generally be accepted within 30 days of purchase. A restocking fee of 15% may be assessed on these returns to cover the cost to test and return the item to resellable condition. Damaged products, or items with missing accessories will be charged an additional fee. Items must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer. Out-of-Box Defects Any product that is inoperable upon delivery will be replaced using a defect-exchange program, under the Service Policies and Procedures. Alternately, if desired, a full refund for the defective item will be issued. Claims for Out-of-Box Defects must be made within 30 days of the receipt of an item. Defective units must be returned to the factory, freight prepaid, for full credit to be issued. No credit or reimbursement will be made for any return that is received over 90 days from the date of the original transaction. No Problem Found Returns Any product returned as defective will be inspected to verify the reported defect. "No problem found" returns will be assessed a restocking fee at the discretion of the Service Manager, or returned to the customer. This fee may be up to 15%, plus additional charges for the cost of any missing accessory items. Damaged items may be assessed additional fees. Returns to Factory for Service Complete units sent to the factory for repair must be sent freight prepaid, whether in or out-of-warranty. All requests for service will be executed under the Service Policies and Procedures. Custom Products No returns are accepted on custom-designed, custom-programmed, or custom-configured products, unless specifically allowed under the original terms of sale.
