The 1547B connects to the 1520 Lane Station via a Cat 5 cable. When traffic is present, the sensor sends a siglnal to the Counter Station, triggering a call tone (see 1550A for call tone setup).

This versitile, compact sensor has long range sensitivity which makes it ideal for mounting low to the ground, in applications such as drive-up lane units, or in a higher position, as in deal drawers and drive-up or walk-up windows and ATMs. The mounting bracket allows mounting to any vertical surface, and the integral threaded holes do not requre nuts. 


Features:

  • Photoelectric sensors in a compact, rugged, sealed, over-molded plastic housing ensure long lasting performance in outdoor conditions

  • Includes bracket and two 3mm screws for mounting on any vertical surface

  • Rectangular design with 45ş angle cable connection is easy to mount in tight spaces

  • Threaded mounting holes eliminate the need for mounting nuts. 

  • 3mm threaded mounting holes on 25.4mm (1") spacing

  • High immunity to noise and cross-talk

  • Single-turn Gain potentiometer and bright LEDs provide easy alignment and configuration for reliable sensing

  • 10 to 30V DC operation with complementary solid-state outputs (1 normally open, 1 normally closed)

  • Exceptional optical performance with easy-to-align visible red emitters

  • Background suppression provides reliable detection up to 150 mm while ignoring objects in the background

  • Stable detection in the presence of fluorescent lights
