High Resolution Audio and a Variety of Controls

Audio Authority’s 1803 High Resolution Demo player is perfect where high quality music is required to demonstrate audio products such as soundbars, headphones, and speaker docks in retail environments. The user interfaces provide simple ways to start music for a demo, and adjust volume. The 1803 plays high resolution FLAC, hight bit-rate MP3, and uncompressed WAV file formats. 

  • FLAC, WAV, and high bit rate MP3 files are ideal for demonstrating superior quality headphones
  • Simple controls for music and volume adjustments invite the shopper to interact with merchandise
  • Customer input automatically senses audio signals and switches to the customer's music player
  • Optional Visual Volume Control Knob* adjusts output 1 volume and push to play
  • Two separate rotary controls* may be used to adjust outputs 1 and 2 separately
  • After an adjustable period of inactivity the player times out to comply with store noise policies 
  • Push-button transport controls may include Play/Pause, Next Track, Previous Track, Volume Up, and Volume Down
  • Easy Plug push buttons connect via RJ9 modular cables for quick installation and reliable operation
  • TouchSelect panels may be used for Play/Pause, Next Track, Previous Track, Volume Up, and Volume Down 
    Visual Volume

    The 1895 Visual volume knob has a glow ring that attracts customers to your display. Push to play music, turn to adjust volume. The glow ring brightens as the volume increases.

    Firmware Update

    If a firmware update is necessary, load the update file onto a MicroSD card, disconnect the power cord, and insert into the Firmware Update slot on the 1803. Connect power and wait for the update to finish, then disconnect power again, remove the MicroSD card. Power the 1803 and test for proper functionality.
